Can I determine before my appointment time what my payment responsibility will be?
If you are unable to access your account at http://www.superiorvision.com , please provide us with your Primary insured's name, date of birth and social security number.
We can then contact Superior Vision and ask for verification of your coverage.

Is my Superior plan affiliated with my medical plan?
In some cases yes, Superior will be affiliated with your medical plan.
